What if the equipment gets damaged or lost?
Customers are responsible for equipment while in their possession. Repair/replacement costs may apply.Â
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made 48 hours before pickup/delivery are fully refundable. Later cancellations may incur a fee.
Is the equipment tested before rental?
Absolutely. Every item is inspected, cleaned, and tested before it goes out.
